Mental Health Recovery

The programme for people in mental health recovery helps individuals access and maintain voluntary work in the community. Volunteers who participate are usually, but not always, referred to us. Glenys, the coordinator, has ongoing contact with volunteers and voluntary organisations. When appropriate, contact is maintained with referrers.

This is a great way to get involved in your wider community! It can be lots of fun. it can provide useful skills socially and for your future dreasm of employment, study, family responsibilities and even retirement!! Contributing to your community brings rewards to everyone. Volunteering is great! Why not try it!?
