Nicola Bould is probably one of the West Harbour’s most prolific volunteers. She is an integral part of the Harbour Cycle Network & the Port Chalmers Community Garden. She’s also the instigator of Bags Not, a group of environmental activists and local residents who would like to see the West Harbour 100% plastic bag free by 2010.  Nicola, along with a crew of volunteers, has made more than 500 reusable shopping bags from recycled material. These bags have been given away to the public to encourage them to make the switch.
